Earthquake off coast of Chongjin

According to the USGS:

An earthquake with magnitude 4.8 occurred [73 miles east of] Chongjin, North Korea at 16:18:36.15 UTC on Oct 22, 2008. (This event has been reviewed by a seismologist.)
