Korea Vision Dr. Leonid A. Petrov is a Research Associate at the Research School of Pacific and Asian Studies, Australian National University. Leonid PETROV graduated from St. Petersburg State University (1994) in Russia where he majored in Korean History and Language. He obtained a PhD in History at the ANU (2003) where he specialized in the studies of North Korea. |
