		<description>China&#039;s filters are quite leaky though, many softwares exist to bypass them. Also many informations pass through Hong Kong, especially the universities which have open internet access there.</description>

With this solution they can prevent accessing, searching &#039;destructive&#039; contents. In China this solution works. Some organizations have access to these sensitive informations such as news agencies, diplomatic sources, etc. I think DPRK are most likely to do that.</description>
