		<description>Why is it that when high profile defectors speak out in such a way, 99 per cent of the time, they want sanctions on their country? I think it is not something worth overlooking... psychologically and otherwise. 
Not that I am in anyway trying to promote loosening or strengthening the measures in place against DPRK.</description>
