The harsh language that Reuters quotes (&quot;This is an unprecedented threat&quot; and the like) comes from Chinese media sources, not the embassy. The Korean and English versions of the embassy&#039;s site make no reference to the test, but the Chinese version has a fairly bland statement from the Foreign Ministry expressing &quot;firm opposition&quot; to the test, requesting that NK return to the six-party talks, work towards the denuclearization of the peninsula, etc. etc. etc.</description>
