Quick question, does the KFA do these seminars too? I think I saw something about it a while back, but I could be wrong.

I just checked their web page and they are doing their annual business delegation in April: http://www.korea-dpr.com/travel.htm
To my knowledge, the KFA has not held any business forums outside of the DPRK.
