		<description>There must be some "unofficial" trade which happens in high seas. The North Korean fishermen sell and barter their catch to Russian, Japanese (and maybe South Korean?) colleagues. Hence the foreign currency.</description>

It is nice to hear that many workers of Chongjin seem to have the chance to get their wages paid in foreign currency (?!)

Is there an (until now) unknown Special-Economic-Zone around Chongjin ?</description>
